Our Harvest Appeal is here! 🍂
From 1st September to 31st October, we’re inviting our friends, supporters, churches and local community to help support LHM360 by donating much-needed food items.
📌 We have a pinned post at the top of our page with a list of the essential items we need, so please have a look if you’d like to contribute.
You can drop off donations on weekdays between 2pm and 4pm, or support our work online.
Every donation, big or small, helps us continue supporting people experiencing homelessness, vulnerability and social exclusion across Glasgow.

The 5th BB are back in action soon .
SJR is very blessed with it’s wonderful officers and magnificent boys

Don’t forget! The Anchors & Juniors of the 5th Glasgow BB in Kelvindale will restart on Tuesday 1st Sept at 6.15pm at St John’s Renfield Church. Boys from P1-P6 are very welcome to join us for fun, crafts, & games. 👍

It’s a welcome return to Rev Ian Johnson on Sunday ,23rd August .
Please join us for morning worship at 11am .
Fellowship continues in the hall after worship with tea ,coffee ,cake and lots of chat .

Warm up those vocal chords! St. John's-Renfield is holding a Summer Songs of Praise service on Sunday the 16th of August.

Everyone entering the sanctuary will be given a slip of paper and invited to write on it the number of a favourite hymn and, where possible, one that somehow reflects the season of summer. These slips will then be collected at the start of the service and drawn at random to be sung.

Our Nominating Committee has been working hard for more than a year to choose a new minister for
St John’s -Renfield Church.
We are delighted to announce that Rev Gary McIntyre preached this morning in St John’s Renfield as Sole Nominee for our vacant charge .
Following the service those present on the electoral roll of SJR were given the opportunity to vote on whether to accept Rev Gary McIntyre as our next minister.
We are pleased to announce the result was a unanimous yes !
