The rain stayed away, the sun shone and our Spring Fair had a very successful morning on Saturday 23rd May. The bank holiday Saturday did not keep folks away and instead we saw new faces too. To date we have raised £2500.00 to be shared with SJR Special Projects and St Margaret's Hospice. Thank you to all who supported the event in any way, helping, donating, buying or just coming along to chat to everyone else!

An Update from Kelvindale Toddlers: Please note there will be no Toddlers on Thursday the 28th of May. We look forward to seeing everyone's smiling faces once again on Thursday 4th June.

A wee reminder that donations for all stalls – including home baking and plants and cuttings can be brought to the church on Friday 22nd May from 2pm – 4pm and also from 6.30pm – 7.30pm.

A fantastic new event from our cluster church: Kelvin West Parish Church

Walking Group Returns: The first walk of the year will take place on Saturday 25th April, to the new destination of Rouken Glen Park. ~2 mile circular walk from Whitecraigs station, taking in the wooded gorge, walled garden (part of), main park and pond. Mix of well surfaced and rough paths, with some sets of steps (the long set by the waterfall can be easily avoided) and muddy in places. Options for shorter walks too if preferred (or come and meet with us for coffee!).

Travel by train from Hyndland station, 10:33, arriving Whitecraigs 11:25 (changing at Central). Return trains are every 30 mins.

Coffee and loo options at start/end (Boathouse Cafe) and midpoint (garden centre).

Meet at the church at 10am. If you'd prefer to meet directly at Hyndland station then please let Sarah Hamilton know (and please buy your ticket when you arrive!). All welcome.
