This Sunday we explore the reconstruction of faith: what happens when belief is cracked, prayer dry, and the old certainties no longer hold. Drawing on the Ascension readings, we will ask how Christ rebuilds faith not through easy answers, but through prayer, community, courage, and embodied love. This is a sermon for the weary, the questioning, the wounded, and the hopeful — a call to stop staring at what has disappeared, return to the upper room, cast our cares on Christ, and pick up one stone in faith.

What if we’ve made faith more complicated than Jesus ever intended? This Sunday, we’ll explore one of Jesus’ clearest teachings: loving God fully and loving our neighbour as ourselves. Together, we’ll look at how shame can quietly shape the way we see ourselves — and how it can keep us from living out the kind of love Jesus invites us into. It’s a message about freedom, honesty, and learning to live from a place of acceptance rather than fear.
We hope to see you there for some worship, sharing and teaching, 4PM.

This Palm Sunday at Mosaic Church Glasgow, come and behold the Christ who does not seize power but pours himself out in love: the King who rides toward betrayal, abandonment and the cross, and still does not turn back. In a world drunk on spectacle, control and the need to win, Jesus steps into our grief, shame, injustice and fear, and calls us beyond shallow religion into a faith that bleeds, serves, forgives and endures. This is a message for the weary, the wounded, the disillusioned and the hungry-hearted: there is no darkness so deep that Christ has not entered it, no sorrow so bitter that his mercy cannot meet it, no life so defended that his love cannot break it open and make it new. Come and hear a call to steadfast trust, costly justice, radical mercy and humble service; a call not merely to wave palms for a day, but to follow the self-emptying Christ with courage, tenderness and surrender, and to become not admirers in the crowd but disciples who love like him in the world.
