🔶This is an exciting opportunity for someone to shape Prison Fellowship Scotland’s approach to restorative justice and deliver meaningful impact across Scotland’s justice system at a time when prison numbers are at an all-time high.
🔶Building on the success of the Sycamore Tree Course, you will lead and grow our restorative justice work, bringing vision and expertise to an area with the potential to transform lives.
🔶You will build partnerships across the justice, voluntary, faith and public sectors in Scotland, helping to advance restorative justice and drive positive change for individuals, communities and the wider justice system.
🔶This role would suit someone with a strong understanding of restorative practice, an ability to navigate complex systems, and a passion for turning ideas into lasting impact.
