WE ARE HIRING!

St Silas is an evangelical church in the heart of Glasgow’s vibrant West End. By God’s grace, our congregation has experienced significant growth, and we are now seeking to appoint an Operations Manager and an Administrator.

The Operations Manager will work alongside the Rector and ministry staff and oversee the committed ministry support team. Their role is to provide strategic oversight, management and development of the Church’s activities and operations.

This is a new and strategic post. We are looking for someone motivated to apply their gifts and skills in management and administration, in order to enable the church to fulfil its vision for mission and ministry. While a Full Time role is envisaged, we would welcome enquiries about a part time alternative.

We are also seeking a gifted, skilled and experienced Administrator to join our existing ministry support team. Responsibilities will include events planning, volunteer management, HR, church communications, social media, and the coordination of regular church ministries and activities.

For more information, an informal chat, or to request an application pack and job description for either role, please contact our church office at [email protected].

Application Deadline 29th May.

Please feel free to pass this along to anyone in your network who might be interested in this full-time position.

St Silas Church is part of Gafcon’s Anglican Network in Europe.
