An afternoon of entertainment presented by the students and staff of our Summer Camp. Come along and support the young people as they share some of their journey.

Join us for a day designed to equip, encourage, and resource worship bands from across the Division, led by Karl and Lauren Westwood.
Whether you come on your own or as part of your worship group, this workshop is a fantastic opportunity to receive practical support, fresh inspiration, and encouragement from experienced, anointed worship leaders.
The day begins at 10:30am with coffee and pastries, followed by a time of guided worship together. We'll then break into instrument-specific sessions, giving musicians and vocalists the opportunity to develop their skills and grow in confidence. Throughout the day there will also be times of corporate worship, along with dedicated sessions to help your worship band strengthen what you do in a way that best serves your local corps.
We'll finish the day with an Evening of Worship, open to everyone, beginning at 6:00pm.

As the Commonwealth Games come to a close, we give thanks for the opportunity to connect and celebrate with people from across the world. Let us join together in prayer for all who have taken part and for the lasting impact of this time of sport, friendship and service.

Loving God,

We pray for everyone who has taken part in the Games, from athletes and officials to families, supporters and local communities. May the conversations shared, friendships formed and acts of kindness experienced during this time leave a lasting impact on all who were involved.

We thank you for the opportunity that Salvation Army church members, volunteers and colleagues have had to serve throughout the Commonwealth Games. Thank you for every chance to show your love through hospitality, practical support and pastoral care, and for the moments of encouragement, connection and hope that have been shared.

As people begin their journeys home, grant them safety in their travels and blessing in the days ahead. May they carry with them memories of welcome, community and compassion, and may they know something of your love and presence through those they have encountered.
