You're invited to help us create the first Crib scene! Costumes are at the ready.
We are looking for people, young and old: shepherds, wise people, angels, and of course, Mary and Joseph.
There will be sweet treats, mince pies, and drinks.
Come and celebrate Christmas with the community of Gilfach Goch!

St. Baranabas Church is open due to the generosity of our community, and repairs have been undertaken to repair the damage from the storm last week. 🙏🤗

Please do join us at 5pm for our crib and Carol service on Christmas Eve, where we'll also have delicious mince pies and mulled wine! 🎄

It was such a joy to welcome the young pupils from Hendreforgan Community Primary School this week to St. Barnabas Church Gilfach Goch to the interactive Christmas Experience and telling of the Christmas Story.

Families, friends and the wider community mourn the tragic loss of three young lives this week, and as a community church, we want to let you know that St. Alban's in Celyn Isaf Coedely will be open for the community during the following times:

Wednesday: 3pm to 9pm
Thursday: 6pm to 9pm
Friday: 6pm to 9pm
Saturday 9am to 6pm: - ending with a 10min short service from Revd. Vincent (starts at 6pm)

This is your church, everyone is welcome to bring flowers or momentos, which can be placed inside or outside the Church on the grass area.

You are also welcome to share photo memories to our page, and those received by Friday evening will form part of our short service on Saturday at St. Alban's.

All are also welcome to attend our Sunday Eucharist Services:
St Alban's 9.30am
St David's 11am
