🙏 A Prayer for Compassion

God of the poor, friend of the weak,
teach us to see those who are hurting, overlooked, and forgotten.

Melt our cold hearts.
Let compassion move us beyond words and into action.
Let our tears become prayers, and our prayers become love.

May the small spark of kindness within us grow into a flame
a flame that warms, welcomes, serves, and gives hope.

❤️ Lord, change our love from a spark to a flame.

Matthew 18: 15-20
'If another member of the church* sins against you,* go and point out the fault when the two of you are alone. If the member listens to you, you have regained that one.* But if you are not listened to, take one or two others along with you, so that every word may be confirmed by the evidence of two or three witnesses.
If the member refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if the offender refuses to listen even to the church, let such a one be to you as a Gentile and a tax-collector. Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Again, truly I tell you, if two of you agree on earth about anything you ask, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them!

✨ TRUST GOD, EVEN WHEN YOU CAN’T SEE THE WAY. 🙏🏽

There will be moments when life feels uncertain, when the answers don’t come quickly, and when the path ahead isn’t clear. But you don’t have to have everything figured out to keep moving forward.

God is with you.
He is guiding your steps.
He is strengthening your heart.
He is giving you peace. ❤️

Release the fear. Surrender the worry. Trust His timing, His wisdom, and His plan.

Even when you cannot see what He is doing, choose faith over fear. 🌿

Walk forward today with courage, gratitude, and unwavering faith.

God is not finished with you. Keep trusting. Keep believing. Keep going. 🙏✨

1 Peter 2:18–25

Slaves, accept the authority of your masters with all deference, not only those who are kind and gentle but also those who are harsh. For it is a credit to you if, being aware of God, you endure pain while suffering unjustly. If you endure when you are beaten for doing wrong, what credit is that? But if you endure when you do right and suffer for it, you have God’s approval. For to this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you should follow in his steps.“He committed no sin, and no deceit was found in his mouth.” When he was abused, he did not return abuse; when he suffered, he did not threaten; but he entrusted himself to the one who judges justly. He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that, free from sins, we might live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed. For you were going astray like sheep, but now you have returned to the shepherd and guardian of your souls.

✏️ A Prayer for the New School Year 🎒

As a new school year begins, we pray for every child, young person, teacher and member of our school communities.

May God hold our children and families safely in His hands, guide those who feel uncertain, bring comfort to those who are worried, and surround our schools with hope, kindness and love.

Just as every pencil has its own colour and purpose, may we remember that each one of us is unique, valued and wonderfully made by God. 💛

🙏 Lord, bless our schools, our teachers, our families and our friends. Guide us, protect us and help us to always lean on You. Amen.

Wishing everyone a happy, safe and hope-filled start to the new school year! 🌈📚✏️
