We had lots of fun being part of the Light Trail and sharing the light by making glow in the dark bracelets, pumpkin colouring and glowstick lanterns. We can’t forget the hot chocolate with marshmallows and lots of treats to take home. Thank you to all who came.

This Sunday we are having a picnic on the greensward and we will be playing some parachute games, having fun with bubbles and creating some crafts. Everyone is welcome to come along and join us.

As part of Frinton Mission 2025, we have some fantastic Kids and Youth events taking place from Monday 28 July to Friday 1 August! If you would like to take part, you will need to register for one of our 4 exciting groups! Full details of all the groups, including the brand new Stay and Play group, are written below.

Registration will open at www.frintonmission.net on 1 July 2025. The deadline to register will be Sunday 20 July.

Please note: children of all ages, including babies, need to be registered online this year.

🔴 Stay and Play (0-4 year olds)
St. Mary's Church Hall
9.45 - 11.30am

Stay and Play is for any child who is 0-4 years old and who has not yet started Reception, plus their parent/carer. Come and enjoy a tea or coffee, have a chat, and stay with your little ones as we play, sing songs and have story time together.

🟢 Kids 1 (5-7 year olds in Reception, Yr 1 & 2)
St Mary’s Church
9:45 - 11:45am (plus activities every afternoon)

Kids 1 is for any child who will be finishing Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 in July. Join in the fun with songs, games, stories and crafts every morning, as well as bouncy castles, Hunt the Leader, water games and sandcastles in the afternoons.

🔵 Kids 2 (8-11 year olds in Yr 3, 4, 5 & 6)
Frinton Free Church
9.30 - 11.30am (plus activities every afternoon)

Kids 2 is for any child who will be finishing Year 3, 4, 5 or 6 in July. Join us in the mornings for stories, games, crafts and songs. Come back in the afternoons for sports, dance, sandcastles, Hunt the Leader and other games.

⚫ Youth (12-18 year olds in Year 7 to Sixth Form)
Homelands Church
9.45 - 11.45am (plus afternoons and evenings)

Youth is for anyone who will be finishing Year 7 through to Sixth Form in July. Join us for daily sessions with games, teaching, worship and time to chat in groups. Plus afternoon and evening events including sports, crafts, music, games and a trip to Birch Hall!

Yesterday we celebrated Palm Sunday and we asked the children to help make a picture. We have stitched together all the childrens drawings and creations to recreate the scene. Thankyou Alfie, Blessing, Daniel Lexie, Nyasha, Matthew and Munopa.
