Always an enjoyable day while filling a shoebox to send to children in Ukraine.
Dear Neighbours,
Please join us on Saturday 10th October for all the fun of the Shoebox Express® Grand Charity Bazaar, making Christmas shoebox parcels of joy and practical assistance for displaced children in Ukraine and surrounding countries. Bring your family and friends – it’s a fun and rewarding adventure for all ages. It's not compulsory to make a Christmas shoebox at the event - you can just come for the buzz ... plus the free refreshments and bacon rolls!
If you decide to fill a Christmas shoebox, we will give you a Christmassy box and our tables of stationery, toiletries, hats & gloves, toys & games and biscuits will give you an impressive choice of suitable gifts. We know there’s a cost-of-living crisis, so we ask a suggested donation of £8 towards the cost of all the items you pack and the shoebox’s overseas shipping. If you wish to donate more or less, please know that’s okay with us. Shoebox Express® is all about eliminating barriers to participation. We even accept credit & debit cards!
The Trustees pay all the running costs of the charity (including the cost of making this leaflet) & everyone donates their time for free, so you can be confident your donation is used where
it counts.
Your Christmas shoebox will help relieve poverty & promote the happiness of a child in extremely difficult circumstances.
