🙏🏻 Please do join us for Remembrance Sunday in Fordingbridge 🙏🏻

On Sunday 8th November, we will be marking this important event, beginning with an Act of Remembrance at 10.10am at the Memorial Gates, at the entrance to Riverside Park, Ringwood Road.

This will be followed by a Procession to The Remembrance Sunday Service at St Mary’s Church, Fordingbridge at 10.50 a.m. This includes the two-minute silence at 11.00 a.m.

On Wednesday 11th November, we will be holding a short commemoration with the reading out of the names of service men and women buried there, as well as a two-minute silence. This will be held at Stuckton Road Cemetery at 10.50am.

We do hope you will be able to join us and honour all those who have served and are currently serving.

😍 Julie & Rhian have some exciting news! 😍
Many congratulations to Julie Francis for completing her Bishops Permission to Preach (BPP) training, and Rhian Bond for her Bishops Commission for Mission (BCM) in Children, Families and Youth ministry. We hope you will all wish them many congratulations along with us!

For Julie, this means she can, as a lay church member, preach and teach at regular worship services. You can find out more here: https://winchesterdiocese.org/mission-and-ministry/bishops-permission-to-preach-bpp/

For Rhian, this course has helped her to explore faith development in children, supporting children with additional needs and their families, and use creative ideas for youth engagement.
