Keeping Cool in the heat-message from Becca, manager of the Village Hall

Fletching Village Hall is cool, with a draft blowing through. It is open all day today and tomorrow should anybody need a cool space, I will be here. There is tea, coffee and tap-water available. Feel free to join me. (I also have lots of games should anybody wish to entertain themselves)
If you or anyone you know is vulnerable, alone, and may need assistance, but you’re unable to do so yourself, please do let me know. I will be very happy to assist them in any way I can. I am sure others will also be able to assist me in achieving this.
Also worth noting, Fletching Church is always open, and cool, so if you are out, maybe walking a dog, and need some cool shade. Please do feel welcome to take a respite in the church.

The church looked stunning with the Easter flowers and full to the brim with joyful parishioners. The Easter egg hunt and cuddles with the lambs after the service rounded off a wonderful morning praise.
