Church of England community in the North Somerset villages of Barrow Gurney and Flax Bourton This is normally when there is a fifth Sunday in the month.

We are the Church of England churches serving the villages of Barrow Gurney and Flax Bourton. We worship together in a variety of ways on one site - usually at Barrow Gurney on the EVEN dated Sundays of the month (2nd, 14th, etc) and at Flax Bourton on the ODD dated Sundays. We share some of our worship and community activities with our sister parish of Long Ashton.

Worship and Praise with Communion @ All Saints, Long Ashton - this Sunday 6th September - a special celebration for everyone across our three villages, as we think about the milestones in our walk with God, including a warm welcome back to the Harris family and the licensing of Revd Jo Moule as an Associate Priest in our benefice following the completion of her curacy.
Refreshments will be available before the service from 10.00am so why not come along early and catch up with friends old and new.
Immediately after the service, from 12 - 2pm, everyone's invited into the Vicarage garden (next door to the church) for drinks and a bring-and-share buffet lunch. Praise God the forecast looks good!

Practicalities for lunch:
- if you're able to bring a contribution for lunch, please add it to the table when you come into the garden after the church service (not before). (NB: no cold storage facilities available)
- cold drinks will be provided
- there will be limited chairs available in the garden so do bring along a picnic rug or folding chair
