Pray for the Moderator, Rt Rev Dr Richard Kerr, as he takes up his duties for the year. On Friday 19 June he will participate in a meeting of the Irish Council of Churches at St Anne’s Cathedral. Pray for the meeting and the work of the Council, and for its newly appointed President, the Very Rev Dr Charles McMullen.

Pray for Dr Martin Accad, President of NEST, at this very trying time for Lebanon as a nation. Give thanks for the determination at NEST as staff adjust their teaching to constantly changing realities, as they support those in their neighborhood who have been displaced, and as they press on with the training of leaders with vision and passion, those who can surmount considerable obstacles in seeking the advancement of God’s reign of justice and peace on this earth.
