Windy Nook Methodist Church is a small church, full of life, with much to offer the people of Windy Nook and the surrounding area. We are proud of our history, but we are a modern church well aware of the ways in which life is changing and with an eye to the future. Our worship on Sunday mornings is innovative, encouraging everyone to be involved. Our evening worship is more traditional. We have v

arious groups and meetings throughout the week. Details of these can be found elsewhere on the website. Look out especially for the Boys' Brigade, Girls' Brigade and Girls' Brigade Band pages coming soon. If you are looking for a room to rent for activities, meetings or special occasions we have several available or if you wish to enquire about booking the Church for a Christening, Wedding or Funeral please contact Rev Paul Worsnop on 0191 431 2526. But most importantly, having found our page, don’t stop there, but come along and join with us for worship at any time. You will be very welcome.

Soup at the Nook, Reminder, the dates of this are 20th May, 17th June, 15th July, 19th August, 16th September. 21st October,18th November and 16th December. Get them in your diary. All bread and soup are homemade, none of this processed food, real homecooking. Everyone is welcome, so come along and have a nice afternoon lunch with good company, we only ask if you can give a donation so no hidden cost, so if your after lunch on these days come along between 11.30 till 1.00 pm.
