⛪ This week we were delighted to welcome Reverend Helen Everard from Fleet URC. It was wonderful to have her with us and to hear about the life and work of Florence Nightingale. 🌟

👧🧒 In Sunday School, the children explored a big question: Why does God let bad things happen? Through stories, discussion and activities, they thought about how God is with us through both the good times and the difficult times. ❤️

🛡️ In Sunday School, the children learned that we do not have to accept every gift offered to us, and how God is like a shield who protects, helps, and cares for us wherever we go.

🎶 This week was taken by members of our congregation. We enjoyed singing hymns that individuals suggested and listening to their reasons why they chose them. ❤️

👧👦 The children learned about Trinity Sunday and how we believe God is made up of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit ✝️🕊️

This week we loved welcoming Stephen Thornton and hearing the message he shared with us.

Our Sunday School children learned all about Pentecost 🔥 and why it’s known as the birthday of the Church. We celebrated with cupcake decorating and balloons! 🎈
