Cove Parish Cove Parish is a welcoming Christian community in Cove. Thursdays: 10am communion at Christ Church; first week hosts Meeting Point

Sundays: 9am traditional communion at St John’s and 10:30am contemporary worship with Cove Kids & Youth at Christ Church. We are a vibrant and friendly Anglican parish of two churches in Cove, Farnborough. Our churches of Christ Church and St John’s offer a wide range of worship events, sound biblical teaching, a baby and toddler group, and children and youth work – and much more. Whichever of our

churches you choose to attend, whether as a visitor or a long term church member, you will be sure to receive a very warm welcome and a great church family to call your spiritual home!

Our next Archdeacon of Bournemouth, Revd Dr Gemma Foster, is currently Rector of Cove Parish in Farnborough in the Diocese of Guildford, Area Dean of Aldershot and she also serves on General Synod.

She is passionate about mission and discipleship, and this passion shaped her PhD research where she explored how the Church can effectively disciple young adults in today’s world. Revd Gemma said, "My hopes and prayers for the role is that I quickly get to know the clergy and parishes of the archdeaconry. I’m very much looking forward to supporting parishes as they Walk the Wessex way of loving, serving, learning and growing and what that means within the context of each parish."
