Tomorrow our adult congregation will gather for our Selah Sunday, a pause from the usual routine to be in the presence of God for an extended time of worship at the end of our week of prayer and fasting.

Our kids and youth groups are BACK! For families, you may want to use the side entrance on Sundays from now on, as our kids and youth check in area has moved locations to just inside, near the refreshments area. If you don’t have a child to check into a group - feel free to use either entrance!

We can’t wait to gather together again- come and join us - you will be SO welcome.

This Sunday our youth groups multiply from 1 to 2 different groups (for school years 7-9, and 10-13!) How blessed we are to have so many young people in our KERITH YOUTH groups!

While the first floor renovations are still taking place, our youth will begin gathering on Sundays in the downstairs areas pictured (off the auditorium and behind the stage).

This is a short term and temporary solution until the new spaces are ready for them to use - not long now!

We thought you may also like to see the great progress from this week of the first floor rooms - so scroll along to see. ➡️

As well as serving our growing Kerith Youth groups on Sundays, these rooms will also be brilliant for other emerging ministry opportunities mid week.

Please join us in praying for our young people, and the teams who serve them so well!

We're holding another Week of Prayer and Fasting as a church next week from Monday 12th October - Sunday 18th October.

As Jeremiah reminds us, when we seek God with all our heart, we will find Him. This week we are setting aside is an opportunity to set aside some of our usual routines and focus on prayer, worship and fasting, as we journey through the first five chapters of Joshua together.

There are lots of ways to get involved, including a daily Prayer Guide, online prayer meetings, daily devotionals and practical guidance on fasting.

We'll also be rounding off the week with Selah Sunday on the morning of Sunday 18th October from 10am, where we'll set aside our usual meeting structure for a more free-flowing time of worship, ministry and prayer.

We'd encourage you to consider how you can take part, whether that's praying alone, praying with others or fasting.

Head to kerith.church/prayer for all the details and resources - and trust with us that God is going to do great things during this week!
