Just a reminder about tomorrow's Easter Messy Church (instead of Good Friday) with the usual stories, crafts, and a hot dog tea! Hope to see lots of you there for a 2pm start. BTW we're also adding Messy Mondays to Stepping Stones, our regular Monday morning Toddler Group, during the school holidays, especially for school age children. [Except Bank Holidays] Alison x

So sorry folks! 😒 I spent time yesterday with someone who's tested positive ... as I don't want to wait until the last moment to cancel this Saturday's Messy Church, I'm doing so now, 😭even though I might not have caught it. Please watch out for news - website and here - for our next event. 😷Take care out there!😷Happy New Year anyway πŸŒ πŸŽŠπŸ””

Wonderful news! With our new Rector Tracy in post, we can start up Messy Church again.🀩
We had a wonderful time in November making angelsπŸ˜‡ and other decorations for the Messy Church tree🌲 at the Festival. We're trying different days and times to find the best for most of you. We're going to try a Saturday afternoon this time - the 7th January 2pm. The theme will be Journeys and we will be hearing about some of the journeys found in the Christmas Story🐫 - We'll be painting as well as other crafts and games. We'll finish with tea.
All families are welcome. It would be useful to know in advance if you can come but not essential.
Please come and meet Tracy - she's such fun! πŸ˜†

Dear Messy Church and BION friends ... the latest news is that we're going to be holding a meeting at 3.30pm on Mon 1st November in church. There will be things for kids to do, and time for us all to talk about the sort of club we want to have. We'll also discuss plans for Christmas - and the Christmas Tree Festival! I hope to see lots of you there! πŸ˜ŠπŸŽ„βœ¨ Alison 😷

Dear Messy Church friends, I am so sorry to tell you that I am not allowed to start BION club again just yet 😒 I do not have the authorised helpers I need. There is so much 'red tape' involved with running church youth activities, and not all the paperwork has been accepted yet. 😠Please watch this space, and I will get back to you as soon as I can start again. πŸ™ Alison

I hope you're all enjoying our (nearly) unique alternative to our usual wonderful Christmas Tree Festival. . .
