💛Sunday 14th June - Day Course with Gen Chonyi💛
"Entering the Bodhisattva's Path"

For details and booking: https://meditationinexeter.org/

"Those who wish to destroy their own suffering,
Those who wish to dispel the suffering of others,
And those who wish to experience much happiness
Should never forsake the practice of bodhichitta."
Shantideva

A Bodhisattva is a friend of the world - someone who has generated the supremely compassionate mind of bodhichitta, the spontaneous wish to attain enlightenment to benefit all living beings.

Be inspired that such a compassionate intention is possible and that even attempting to develop such a good heart brings extraordinarily powerful and transformative results. In the afternoon there will be the opportunity to take The Bodhisattva Vow in which we promise to improve our good qualities for the benefit of all beings.

Vegetarian lunch included - let us know in advance if you would like a vegan or wheat free option.

Schedule:
Session one 10.30 – 11.30am
Tea / coffee break
Session two 12 – 1pm
Lunch
