Will be deleting the KVNT kolektiv bandcamp page shortly. Too much pointless sh*t on the internet already. If you want something, you've got until Saturday to download it.

Don't panic, we're still making music (with Oppress., etcetera), those pages will remain active.

As for this FB page, it will probably be used if/when we organise any more events, like the one in January.

However, I won't be pushing anymore "projects" here. If I think its worth sharing, I'll do it directly with the small handful of people that might appreciate it.

No beefs, no fallings out, no drama, but the word "kolektiv" in this context long since stopped meaning anything.

Cheers to all who braved the storm on Friday to come watch us and the other bands!!!

Not bad at all for our first DIY gig. Hopefully more to of those come in near future from KVNT.... Keep a watchful eye.

On October 15 2020, i.e. nearly 5 years ago, we released "Point of Climax" by No Above No Below. This mini album was released on tape, limited to 20 copies. It was the second of our "real" releases, so to speak.

No Above No Below was a collaboration between O.G. of Oppress. (i.e. my good self) and K.H. of .

The music consisted of industrial strength drum machines, dual bass guitar through a maxed rat pedal, walls of screeching feedback and the frenzied, perverted harangues of K.H.

The riffs here were entirely improvised; the guitars on each track were written and recorded in one session. This came off the back off the previous Oppress release, which, by contrast, had been needlessly agonised over for months.

We did not promote this release particularly, we only mention it now out of nostalgia or something...

There are none of these tapes left in our boxes here, and the distros sold it all as far as I know.
