Sunday School is starting soon! If you want your child to participate in S. S. in the coming school year, please collect and complete the registration form available at the back of the church, and return to church next week. Current guidelines are that these forms should be completed annually. Thanks for your support!

Garrison Band Trip to Belfast on Saturday 12th September to Ulster Scots Museum/W5/Shopping. A few places still left, contact Joy Carson for more details or to add your name.

Mothers’ Union-The first meeting in September will take place on Tuesday 15th September in Garrison church hall at 8pm. Lettie Coulter is the guest speaker and will show us how to wear our scarves in alternative ways. We would really love to welcome new members or anyone who wants to come along

Usual Sale in the Wark Hall Tuesday 15th September 9am- 1pm
Good used clothes, bric-a-brac. Cakes, Jam and teas will be served.

Flower Arranging on Thursday 17th September@ 11.30am in the Wark Hall with Delene. Tea & Scones @ 11.15. Please bring your own vase/dish/main flowers, oasis will be available to purchase and greenery available. Names to Doreen asap as places limited

GFS recommences Thursday 24th September in Garrison Church Hall from 6.30-7.30pm. All girls from P1 upwards most welcome to join.

Keep free Friday 25th September for Macmillan Cancer Coffee Morning in the Wark Hall 10am- 1pm.

HARVEST THANKSGIVING SERVICES Friday 18th September- Slavin Harvest Thanksgiving at 7.30 pm with guest preacher Rev Mark Loney and Special Country & Gospel music by the Strule River String Band.

Sunday 20th September- Garrison Harvest Thanksgiving at 7pm with guest singers Lynda Lindsay & Alice Graham and the preacher will be Rev William Jeffrey

Friday 25th September is Belleek Harvest Thanksgiving at 7.30pm with guest preacher Rev Bill Boyce. There will be special Gospel music from Stevie Mac, a local Country singer.

Sunday 27th September- Kiltyclogher Harvest Thanksgiving at 7pm with special music by Florencecourt Choir and the preacher will be Rev Lorraine Capper.
A special Harvest supper will follow all services.

What a wonderful night we had at our Table Quiz 🎉

A huge thank you to Dot & Kevin for hosting such a fantastic evening. There was plenty of fun, laughter and, of course, some very competitive quizzing🏆

A lovely supper was served, followed by a fantastic raffle with lots of great prizes. Congratulations to our winners who took home the prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

A sincere thank you to everyone who helped organise the evening and to all who came along and supported it. Your support is very much appreciated and helped make it such a great success.

Here’s to the next one.

On Sunday we welcomed baby Nellie Elizabeth Blair, baby daughter of Stephen & Rebecca into our church family. Rev Rebecca conducted the baptism at a Group Service in Garrison Parish Church with family and friends present. She also blessed all the children present and their backpacks for their return to school.

Table Quiz with Kevin & Dot next Friday 4th September 8pm in the Wark Hall. This is a fundraiser for Belleek Church. Could Belleek parishioners please bring along a few food/ household items for Helen to make up hampers for the raffle prizes. Bottles of w**e etc would also be good to have as prizes.
