The people grieved. They waited. They wondered if it was over.

But this was never the end.

The tomb is empty. Jesus is alive! And sorrow has turned to joy.

Today we remember the cross.

Although their social media posts may paint a different picture, many young people are quietly struggling with food, body image and control. Eating disorders can affect any family, often in ways that are hard to see and harder to speak about. In this talk, a counsellor will unpack what’s really going on, how to spot early signs and how parents and adults can respond with informed support that makes a difference.

This talk looks at what's at stake as Ai becomes an integral part of our lives and how parents can guide their kids to use these tools safely without losing what makes them human.
