Lord Jesus, Divine Mercy, I come before You with all the hidden wounds of my heart—every sorrow, disappointment, fear, rejection, and pain that I carry within me. Give me the grace to reveal everything to You without fear and to trust completely in Your merciful love. Touch every wounded place in my heart and heal me according to Your will. Do not allow my suffering to be wasted; unite it with Your Cross and transform it into a source of purification, holiness, compassion, and deeper union with You. Pour out Your boundless love and compassion upon every nation, family, and soul, especially those who are suffering, lost, afraid, or far from You. Forgive our sins, heal the wounds of humanity, bring peace where there is conflict, hope where there is despair, and faith where there is doubt. Lord Jesus, I place all my trust in You. Increase my faith so that I may surrender myself completely to Your love, mercy, and providence. When I am afraid, uncertain, or weak, help me to remember that You never abandon those who trust in You. Continually pour Your graces upon me and give me the strength to receive them with humility and use them according to Your will. Lord Jesus, Divine Mercy, thank You for loving me even when I have rejected You, ignored Your voice, or wandered far from Your presence. Your patience is not weakness but the immeasurable depth of Your merciful love. Forgive me for the times I have turned away from You, and give me the grace to return wholeheartedly to Your open arms. Heal my heart, free me from sin, and help me never to take Your mercy for granted. Increase Your mercy within us, cleanse our hearts, forgive our sins, and help us to trust completely in Your loving goodness.
