All Set Tennis was launched in February 2017 by our Head Coach Jamie Verhaere at Lomond Park Tennis club in Trinity, Edinburgh and Lossiemouth Tennis Club.

🎾 Play Your Way to Wimbledon 🎾

The club stages of Play Your Way to Wimbledon recently took place at Lomond Park Tennis Club.

👨🏽‍🦱 On 21st March, 10 boys competed, with Louis Webber beating Ruaridh Cu***ng in the final to progress to the county stage.

👧🏻 The girls event followed on 28th March, where 9 players took part in another brilliant day of tennis. Giselle Lee secured the title after beating Millie Payne in the final.

Louis and Giselle now move on to the county stage. One more win there and they’ll earn the incredible opportunity to compete at Wimbledon against other county champions from across the UK. 🇬🇧🎾

Well done to everyone who took part, and good luck to Louis and Giselle in the next stage! 👏🏻😎

Join us for a fun afternoon of tennis, BBQ, and good company at Lomond Park Tennis Club this Sunday 🎾🔥 All members and their families and friends welcome!

Sunday 10th May 12.30 – 3.30pm

• Mini Tennis Tournament from 1 – 2pm
No partner needed, we’ll pair you up where necessary. Ideal for parent and child or younger juniors. Please arrive at 12.30pm to register.
• Mixed doubles social tennis available for adults and juniors on the bottom courts throughout the event
• BBQ served from approx. 2pm
• Tea and cakes
• Bowling Club bar will be open

All members and their families and friends welcome
Suggested donation £5 per person

The sun is shining and we’re excited to get week 2 underway! ☀️ Here’s what we’re focusing on across the groups:

🔴🟠 Red & Orange Ball Groups:
Singles play with an emphasis on both backhand and forehand rallies of 4 shots.

🟢🟡 Green & Yellow Ball Groups:
Singles play focusing on both backhand and forehand attacking.

What a fantastic event 👏

Last Saturday 40 players competed, 13 clubs represented, 76 matches played and an incredible 1165 points battled out on court 💪🎾

A huge shoutout to Lachlan for winning a Fuzzy Wee Ball and earning bonus points for the team 🌟

And big recognition as well to Hari, Harrison and Edward for their strong performances, great effort all around from Lomond Park TC! 🙌

ROGY Edinburgh Open 2026 Doubles Winners 🏆

Last weekend I had a thrilling experience competing in the Edinburgh open Men’s doubles event (G3) with Daniel Gunn (head coach of Giffnock Tennis Club).

Our final was a close fought match with a 11-9 against two excellent juniors - it was a case of the old boys vs the youth.😅

It is always fun to compete as it keeps up my skills and gives me an understanding on how the game is changing - this allows me to pass on vital information to my pupils. 👊

Tennis is also a game for life and provides the opportunity to compete alongside a friend and someone I’ve known since we were juniors. 😊

I am already looking forward to the next tournament! 💪

Lomond TC Easter Tennis Camp 2026 🐣🎾 What a great way to wrap up our final Easter camp of the year!

On behalf of the All Set Tennis coaching team, we want to say how impressed we were with the effort, attitude, and progress shown by all the players throughout the week. It’s been brilliant to see everyone developing their game and bringing such positive energy to court 💪
