New Teaching Series starting this Sunday 14th March - Pace of Grace!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
"I think it's safe to say that the pace of our lives has gotten quicker over the past 20 years or so but if we're honest and we reflect critically, not always for the better. Of course, technology has a lot to answer for! Life is apparently easier and we seem to be hypnotised by every new technological advancement. Have you ever stopped to wonder what has all this convenience done to our souls? Is speed even better than slowness? Why am I always in a hurry? Is this thing even necessary for a full life?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Jesus way seems to suggest a different pace of life and offers freedom and rest from the frantic environments we've come to associate our lives with. During March we're going to consider in more detail what it means to live the Jesus way and perhaps begin to establish some practices that are more life-giving than stealing. I look forward to exploring and perhaps even practising some of this together with you - I'm calling it the 'Pace of Grace'.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Today at 5:30pm and will be doing a 'grab and go' with Soul Food. Soul food provides free meals to those that need it with hospitality at the centre. Everyone is welcome.

On the menu today:
Meat: Tarragon Chicken with baby potatoes and green beans. Veg: Mushroom Papperdelle and garlic bread
Dessert: Sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce and pouring cream
