Many of us joined last year's Day of Prayer online from a meeting room in our church building. It was a wonderful experience to join in praise and prayer with others around the country.

Our congregation supported the work of Scripture Union Scotland through donations from the soup lunch in June and several of our members are involved as volunteers and prayer supporters.

As the new school year gets into full swing, SU Groups will be restarting across Scotland. SU Groups are extra-curricular clubs in primary, secondary and Additional Support Needs (ASN) schools. Over 5000 children and young people across Scotland attend these weekly groups during their lunch break or after school to explore the Bible in a fun, friendly environment.

❓Try Alpha at Meadowbank & Willowbrae Church
Alpha starts on Wednesday 16 September and runs every Wednesday evening until 25 November. Join us at 6.30pm for a hot meal. We'll watch one of the Alpha talks together and share our thoughts, ending promptly at 8pm.

We're having a special "Invite a Friend" Sunday on 13 September. The theme will be forgiveness, and everyone is welcome.

Every Wednesday evening from 16 September to 25 November 2026, we will be offering an open invitation to enjoy a hot meal and conversation about faith, life, and God. You can say anything you like, or nothing at all.

🍞🍷 All are welcome at the Lord's table. The wine is non-alcoholic and gluten-free bread is available.
