Letzten Freitag erfreuten wir uns sehr an dem gut besuchten Konzert mit dem MGV Leutershausen 1884 e. V. in der St Mary‘s Cathedral in Edinburgh.
Wir hörten eine bunte Mischung, von Deutschen Volksliedern und den Toten Hosen, über die Drei Groschenoper, bis hin zu den Proclaimers und einer rauschende Aufführung der Highland Cathedral als Finale.
Die Kollekte am Ende ergab ca £590 (nach dem Wechselkurs der Euros die mit dabei waren), die unserer Gemeindearbeit zu Gute kommt. Wir danken dem MGV Leutershausen herzlichst für ihre Unterstützung, und natürlich auch allen Spendern für ihre Großzügigkeit.

Last Friday, we thoroughly enjoyed the well-attended with the men’a choir MGV Leutershausen 1884 e.V. at St. Mary's Cathedral in Edinburgh.
We heard a diverse program, ranging from German folk songs and the German punk band Die Toten Hosen to the Threepenny Opera, the Proclaimers, and a rousing performance of Highland Cathedral as the finale.
The collection taken at the end raised approximately £590 (based on the exchange rate of the euros that were included), which will benefit the work of our congregation. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the MGV Leutershausen for their support, and of course to all the donors for their generosity.
