An estimated 5,000 people marched through Edinburgh on Saturday in a show of solidarity following a series of alleged anti-Muslim attacks that left five people injured, including mosque worshippers and Muslim workers. Organised by the anti-racism group Reclaim Our Streets, the demonstration brought together local residents, community groups, trade unions and politicians to condemn racism and support those affected. A 36-year-old man has been charged with five counts of attempted murder linked to terrorism and remains in custody.
