Looking for a fun, active and positive environment for your child?

Join our weekly football sessions delivered by Edinburgh Central Mosque in partnership with Salam Youth Circle.

As part of the ECM Youth Empowerment Programme, these sessions are about more than football. Through sport, mentorship and positive role models, we help young people build confidence, strengthen their character, develop leadership skills and form lasting friendships in a supportive Islamic environment.

The Prophet ﷺ returned from his journey to the heavens (Al-Isra’ wal-Mi’raj) with a timeless gift for us: Salah.

Allah’s Messenger ﷺ said:
“The nearest a servant comes to his Lord is when he is prostrating.” (Muslim) “Call for the prayer, O Bilal, so we may find comfort in it.” (Abu Dawud) “"The first thing a person will be held accountable for is their Salah. If it is sound, they succeed; if not, they lose." (Nasa’ie)
