Do not let fear interfere 🛑

Last Sunday, we looked at 1 Samuel 13, where King Saul faced a critical situation. With a massive army advancing and his own troops scattering and quaking with fear, he gave in to pressure. Instead of waiting on God’s timing, fear led him to do the wrong thing and offer the sacrifice himself.

We all face times of testing where we are tempted to give in to fear. When problems seem overwhelming, everyone around us is responding in fear, or God doesn’t deliver us right away, it can be easy to panic.

But it is foolish to let go of God and His Word in our time of need. As Proverbs 29:25 reminds us, “Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.” Don’t try to justify wrong actions. Even if you stumble, remember that a righteous man rises again.

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power!

The message we heard yesterday was such a gift and it made for a truly blessed Sunday. It served as a powerful reminder that silence from God isn’t the same thing as rejection.

Often those quiet seasons are simply a preparation period to sharpen the ears to hear what is coming next. Never underestimate the work happening behind the scenes because He hasn't stopped moving. Instead, He is getting everything ready.

The beauty of what we learned is the truth that God’s will done in God’s way never lacks His supply. Whether the need is for the right people or specific resources or even the peace to keep going, it is already covered.

The goal isn't to chase the resources but to stay deeply connected to the Source 🤍
