Catch The Fire Manchester is a wonderful group of sons and daughters adopted by the Father and united with Jesus in love, dedicated to making Jesus famous in Manchester. We are committed to growing in intimacy with God the Father, living out of the fullness of our inheritance and bringing many more people into that same beautiful revelation. SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE:

🎉🌞 THE FUN STARTS TOMORROW! 🌞🎉

It’s finally here — our Weekend of Summer Fun begins tomorrow, 18th July! 🥳

We’re ready for two amazing days packed with community spirit, outdoor activities, games, walks, and plenty for all ages to enjoy. Whether you’re coming for a quick visit or staying for the whole day, there will be something for everyone!

📍 Saturday 18 July
We kick things off at the Castle — a relaxed and welcoming start to the weekend where the community comes together.

📍 Sunday 19 July – Ivy Street Park & surrounding areas
From playful street activities and creative fun, to picnics in the park, a community walk, and loads of family-friendly entertainment — Sunday is going to be a full day of summer joy!

Expect:
🎈 Bouncy castle & giant slide
🚲 Mini bikes & bike repair workshop
🎨 Arts & crafts
⚽ Sports & games
🧺 Picnic in the park
🚶 Community walk through green spaces
🍰 Refreshments, tombola & raffle

🌞 Weekend of Summer Fun – 18–19 July 🌞

We’re bringing two full days packed with activities, community spirit, and outdoor fun for all ages!

📍 Saturday 18 July
We’ll be meeting at the Castle to kick off the weekend with a relaxed community gathering and activities for everyone to enjoy.

📍 Sunday 19 July – Ivy Street Park & surroundings

The day starts with Play Streets (10am–1pm)
Lewis Street will be transformed into a safe, fun space where children can play freely and enjoy a taste of how streets used to feel in the past. Expect games, movement, and a real community vibe.

🚲 Plus there will be a free bike repair workshop for anyone needing a quick fix or check-up.

🌿 Midday activities (1pm–2pm)
Join a community litter pick and enjoy some relaxed park play while helping keep the area clean and welcoming.

🧺 Picnic in the Park (12pm–3pm)
Bring your own picnic and blanket and settle in for a lovely afternoon together in Ivy Road Park. A great chance to relax, chat, and enjoy the outdoors.

🌱 You’ll also have the chance to help spruce up the park and explore the sensory garden.

🚶 Community Walk (3pm–4pm)
A gentle walk through local parks, woodlands, and gardens to discover hidden green spaces and enjoy the area from a new perspective.

🎉 Throughout the day you’ll also find:

* Tombola & raffle
* Sports and games
* Refreshments

A perfect weekend to get outside, meet neighbours, and enjoy summer together. Everyone is welcome!
