Jenny Wren Nursery School needs your help.

We are looking to get a better understanding of child care needs in our community for children aged 2–5 years. Whether you currently need child care, will need it in the future, or are just exploring options, we would love to hear from you.

We have created a short form to help us understand what the need is locally, so that we can plan and support families as best we can.

Jenny Wren Nursery

If your child is 3 years old and you are looking for a nursery, come and see us. We currently have limited session places available. You can also put your child's name on our waiting list for when they turn 3.

We are an inclusive nursery which moved from Greenfield Road in Old Town to our new premises at Emmanuel Church on Upperton Road in September 2023.

We have a lovely room with free flow to our roof top garden ☺️

We are a friendly, highly trained and experienced team of teachers who are ready to welcome and support your child’s learning and development.

Our opening times are 8.30am-2pm, Monday - Friday, term time only.

Thanks so much to Rita and Allison for showing the Kids Cafe children the Accordian this afternoon. The children made their own Accordian from cardboard tubes and folded card in the shape of fans then Rita played a tune on the Accordian and the children copied the action with their card Accordians.
We also played musical statues, listened to very fast and very slow music played on the Piano by Rita and Guitar by Allison and finished the afternoon with musical Parachute games.

It was fantastic to see so many families at Emmanuel Church this morning for our Messy Church ' Recipe for Life' Pancake Party!
( Tuesday 17th February ) It would be wonderful if lots of you could take part in our Lent / Gifting acts of Kindness challenge even if you didn't make it to our event today. Details attached and don't forget to send us some photos of your Lent Challenge too !
