🌿 Sisters, your health matters! 🌿

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah wabarakatuh

We warmly invite all our sisters to join us for a special Health Session this Saturday 5th September Insha'Allah. 🤍

Come along for an evening of learning, care, and community, as we take a little time to look after the health Allah has entrusted to us. It’s a wonderful opportunity to gain valuable health advice, ask questions, and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere with fellow sisters.

🩺 This Saturday
🕕 6:15 PM – 8:30 PM

We will have male doctors joining us. If a sister would like to see a male doctor, a chaperone can be provided.

Whether you have questions about your health or simply want to learn something new, you are most welcome. Come as you are, bring your questions, and let’s make it a beneficial and enjoyable evening together. 🌸

May Allah bless our health, grant us well-being, and make this session a means of benefit for us all. Ameen. 🤲

Men's & Women's Health Check-Up Event

📍 Venue: Eastbourne Mosque

Taking care of our health is part of the amanah (trust) that Allah has entrusted to us.
We warmly invite all brothers and sisters to attend our Men's & Women's Health Check-Up Event. This is an opportunity to receive free health checks, professional advice, and guidance to help you maintain your health and well-being.

Separate facilities will be available for men and women, ensuring privacy and modesty in accordance with Islamic values.
May Allah (SWT) grant us all good health, shifa (healing), and barakah.
Everyone is welcome.

Dear brothers & sisters Islam,

We would like to sign post you to SAMAS which is the charity supporting asylum seekers in Crowborough and are desperate for good quality men's clothing and new toiletries.
They would be very grateful if any one from the Muslim or non muslim community if they have any men's clothes/toiletries they could donate to this really good cause helping the men there to gain a sense of dignity and belonging through having their basic human needs met. I know your community are very generous and it would be amazing if they could support these very vulnerable people.

Stand up to racism will be coming to the our Mosque on Friday 10th July to collect any items.
