Our Summer Fayre is nearly here and we would love you to be part of it. Stalls are available at £20 each. This is a great opportunity to showcase your gifts, crafts or small business to the local community. The Fayre is on Saturday 20th June from 11am to 2pm outside St Michael’s Church Hall. To reserve a stall, please drop us a message.

​It’s Volunteers’ Week, and we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible heartbeat of our church community—YOU!

​From the friendly faces welcoming everyone at the door, to those who sing in our choir; from the leaders investing in our kids, to the hands making coffee and cleaning up behind the scenes—every single one of you makes a difference.

​Whether you serve every single week or step in whenever there’s a need, your time, energy, and love do not go unnoticed. You don’t just keep our church running; you make it a home.

Today is Pentecost, when the Church celebrates the gift of the Holy Spirit and the birth of its mission in the world.
Pentecost reminds us that the life of the Church is sustained by the presence of the Holy Spirit, who brings peace, renews our hearts and sends us out to share the good news.

Prayer

Holy Spirit,
you come to us in our fear
and fill us with peace and new life.
Breathe your life into your Church,
renew our hearts
and send us out in faith and courage.
Help us to share the good news of Christ
in word and in action,
guided by your presence.

Amen.

Day 2 - The Spirit Broods over Creation ✨

Today, let us pray that the Holy Spirit would move over the lives of our Five, bringing light and life where they need it most.

Eternal God, eternal Trinity,
You are a mystery as deep as the sea; the more I search, the more I find, and the more I find the more I search for You. But I can never be satisfied; what I receive will ever leave me desiring more. When You fill my soul, I have an ever-greater hunger, and I grow more famished for Your light. I desire above all to see You, the true light, as You really are.
