Emmanuel Church Durham A growing, charismatic family church with a world vision. Making Jesus known, seeing lives transform

Our vision is to be a growing, charismatic, family church, with a world vision. We desire to grow in both numbers, and also in depth of maturity. As a family church, we are open to all and provide a warm welcome into a family atmosphere of fun. We seek to build the church by being open to the gifts that he has given us, and to express our joy in many ways. We are, however, not just focused in Durham, but also look to other nations.

This Thursday we're starting our annual God Loves mission week!

We'll be out and about in Gilesgate and Durham city centre: worshipping, praying, helping out, and sharing Jesus.

If you see us in our blue God Loves T-shirts, come say hello!

We've moved into The Emmanuel Centre! It's our new £1m, 500-capacity church building.

We're so grateful to God, and excited to see what He does in the days ahead. We'd love you to come visit. We meet Sundays, 10.30am.

Our new home, The Emmanuel Centre, is here! On Sunday 21st May, we celebrated the Grand Opening of The Emmanuel Centre (TEC), our new 500-capacity church building. TEC is a statement of faith, as we step into the vision God has given us to enlarge our tent, and become a worshipping community of 40
