St. Paul's Church, Haswell Church of England parish of Haswell and Shotton in the united benefice of Haswell/ Shotton Colliery.

St Paul’s is a community worshipping together within the communities of Haswell, spreading the Gospel of Christ within our villiages, of Haswell and Haswell Plough. The parish of Haswell is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). This afternoon both of our Church Wardens attended Durham Cathedral for the Bishops Visitation, where they were sworn into office along with Church Wardens from across the Diocese, by the Lord Bishop of Durham, The Right Reverend Rick Simpson. I’m sure that they will receive your support as they along with the PCC try to grow St Paul’s.
