Close to urban south Manchester, Sinderland Green Methodist Chapel is a small countryside church which was significantly refurbished in 2016. The result is a space that embraces the heritage of the building and brings out the best of t

he Chapel, its beauty and simplicity. In addition, the surroundings and grounds of the Chapel offer a tangible sense of peace. The Chapel in the Fields is a safe space to people of all faiths and none, a place for Quiet Days, retreats, team building or small gatherings of many groups. The refurbished Chapel also has a wood workshop where beautiful things are being made for sale. We also accept referrals to us to come and enjoy some time of making & creating; therapeutic activity is good for us and many folk have found community with one another as they keep their hands & minds busy. The Chapel is sponsored by the Manchester and Stockport Methodist District, and has the support of the North West districts and of the North West Learning Network. The Chapel in the Fields is pleased to work with wider organisations that share our vision, such as HeartEdge and Greenbelt. Get in touch if you think you’d like to explore the same
