A few snaps from the volunteer bbq at the rectory last night.
The weather held for us and we had a great night, with a good turnout.
Many thanks to everyone who was there, both for your hard work throughout the year, as well as to those who have signed up to help in the future.

Parking is at the DPS/SWRC car park across the road, and use the pedestrian crossing to get to the rectory. Please only take a car up the rectory driveway if you are dropping someone off.
Everyone is welcome!
If you would like to get involved with helping in any capacity, we're always looking for volunteers in all areas. Please come along and sign up to help with something. Some examples of where you could sign up to help... reading or leading prayers in church, offering musical talents, groundskeeping, catering, helping with the church AV system, helping to manage the church website, helping with children's or youth activities, delivering magazines etc.
If you already volunteer within the church, please also come along for a night of friendship and fellowship, and a well earned 'thank-you.'
We look forward to seeing lots of you there.

We are delighted to see John ordained today along with Edwin and Harry. Congratulations and best wishes to all of them. Rev John will be joining our team in Drumglass from next Sunday and we look forward to welcoming him into our parish then.

Tonight promises to be a wonderful finale to Fit for Life 2026! The sun is set to shine and Clodagh Dunlop MBE will be coming along to share.✨

We look forward to seeing all you lovely ladies and we may even have some extra treats as we give thanks to God for a blessed 10 years of this ladies ministry! 🎉

If you can’t make the walk at 7.30pm please come along for the speaker at 8.30pm followed by supper! There is a seat and a warm welcome for each of you!

🎉Fit For Life 🎉

Next Wednesday evening concludes this years Fit for Life campaign. Celebrating our 10th anniversary, it is fair to say we have been blessed beyond measure with the incredible support and speakers.

We are delighted to welcome Clodagh Dunlop MBE for our final evening, where she will share her personal journey of overcoming a stroke and finding strength through recovery.

We hope to see you all at 7.30pm for the walk, with the speaker at 8.30pm, followed by a healthy supper. As always, if you can’t make the walk, come along for the speaker. As it is the concluding evening of our 10th anniversary there may even be some special treats! 😊
