At Viewfield Baptist Church, we try to live our lives - both as a community and as individuals - in faithfulness and love for Jesus. This is expressed in our vision statement:
“We exist to enable people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.”
In order to fulfil our vision, we have a number of Core Values which shape the culture and ministry of the church. We will achiev

As a Baptist church we live under the Lordship of Christ and follow congregational government. The church meeting entrusts the leadership (the Deacons) to accountably
serve the church, with underlying ministries accountable to the leadership. The Church is structured under seven areas, each encompassing relevant individual ministries:

Come along to our all age picnic in Pittencrieff Park (on the grass between the two play parks)! We will be gathering on Saturday, 19th September between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm for fellowship and plenty of fresh air. Just bring along a blanket, some tasty snacks, and your family or friends. It is the perfect chance to invite people along. This is not just for families it's for anyone who would like to come.
We would love to see you there.

Join us tomorrow at 10.30am for a new term of Connected where we will be exploring the Gospel of Matthew!
For S1-S4 (S5-S6 are encouraged to be in the main service but are welcome to join us).
We meet as a church for the start of the main service then continue in our own space.

It was a pleasure to welcome Duncan and Lyndsay and share what we do. Your support will make a real difference to local children and families, helping us continue to provide quality clothing to those who need it most.

Our CAP Debt Centre Manager, Duncan and Children & Families Coordinator Lyndsay, recently took a trip to visit the incredible team at New4U Children's Clothing Bank after donating £1,000 from our Community Fun Day!

​New4U does amazing work across our local area, collecting and donating clothes to ensure that individuals and families in need always have warm, quality clothing. Seeing their passion and dedication in action was truly inspiring.

We believe that real impact happens when we join hands and it is such a privilege to collaborate with organisations that share a heart for serving others. Together, we’re not just meeting practical needs—we’re building a community rooted in hope, kindness, and support.
