Fit for Life is happening this evening.

All women and girls (with an adult) will be really welcome to come along. We will start with a walk at 7pm followed by healthy snacks and a short interview with one of the women from the church.

If you aren't able to join with the walk, come along at 7:30pm to join in the craic. It's all free.

Great to be in Brooklands today sharing the It's Your Move program with the P7s. Thanks to SUNI's Schools Project - East Belfast for facilitating this.

Part of what we were thinking about is Matthew 7:12, where Jesus provides these powerful and lasting words: 'So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.'

What a fantastic morning in Ballybeen!
It was a joy to run a workshop with the three P7 classes in the school hall in Brooklands Primary School alongside Paul from Dundonald Methodist Church, and Richard, Jack and Peter from Christ Church Presbyterian, Dundonald!

As we thought through the changes, choices and challenges of post-primary school we loved getting to know more these amazing pupils and we are so excited for them and their next schools 🎉

Due to the protests and road closures tonight we have decided to cancel the first week of Fit for Life. We will start next Tuesday.

It's church weekend time!

Come on round this evening from 7pm for desserts and a time to be together with the whole church family.

Then we're back tomorrow morning as we're thinking about how we can go deeper in our walk with God. Tea/coffee will be served from 9:30 and the program will start at 10am.

Registration for our Summer Schemes opens at 6pm today.
