Calling all Abertay Freshers!!

Our long awaited abertay CU events ar finally here and we are so excited to be kicking this year off with a bang!!!

Starting in monday we have a load of events for all events we will have a walking group meeting putside the library! So if uou are unsure of where to head dont worry there are friendly faces to help show you around!

We know freshers can be a scary and time trying to find your plage in campus, trust us we have allll been there😅. But we as a CU are here to support you be it finding a class or wanting to come along to our amazing events feel free to DM us! Or join our discord server where the most frequent updats happen:)))

Second favourite way to cook potatoes 🥔? Boiling potatoes is my second favourite way to cook them.

What are you most looking forward to about being on Committee this year? Building bonds with one another and trying new events and engaging with other societies more.

So it is our pleasure to give you an intro to our new fearless leader!!
What do you study? I study psychology and im just about to start 3rd year...so only mildly terrified😅. But in all seriousness to answer the question everyone wants to know...yes i can read minds!
Most important question...what is your second favourite way to cook potatoes 🥔?
Oooh im a sucker for a good hashbrown i know a controversial answer😂. But what can i say they are magically delicious!
What is your favourite part for being in the CU?
I really like the people and having somewhere that I could be my werid nerdy self has been amazing! And being able to now lead this group to share Jesus is soo exciting!
Fun fact?
My cousin was President of malta for a bit...so i guess there is that😅. Oh and my name is illegal in Iceland
I am so excited to help lead Abertay CU with some truly fabulous humans!

So what do you study? I am an Ethical Hacker just about to start second year! One could ask if I am hacking ethically or ethically hacking to which I would simply reply...indeed!

What do you enjoy most about being in the CU? ...the food:). But in all seriousness the people are pretty excellent... and i am most definitely not saying this as I am dating Charissa (madame president). I would never be that baised😅

What made you want to be Secretary? Honestly I thought I'd get a snazalious pencil skirt so its all been down hill since they told me I couldn't get one as it "wasn't in the budget"😂

Fun fact? My pinky toenails grown straight up I feel the world needs to have this knowledge!

Hey hey, folks! We are back at it again with a games night and testimony in blend this Wednesday!
If you aren't sure what a testimony is, it's basically just someone's personal story of how they came to believe in Jesus. Whether you are a Christian or are just interested in what Christians believe or just want caffeine and some premo board games, you are super welcome to join!
It is going to be a great night of games, coffee and hearing from CU members about their experiences that lead them to faith. So bring your friends, flatmates and everyone in between!! We can't wait to see you there!
