We would love to welcome you to DBC tomorrow.

The excellent material from LICC on ‘Living on the Frontline’ has inspired this series, and the titles of each sermon in this series are taken from this. We would love to welcome you to DBC tomorrow.

At 10.30am we will gather for worship and continue our teaching series from Mark Ch1 entitled ‘The Servant King’. Tomorrow’s focus will be on ‘The Temptation of the Servant King’ from Mark 1:12-13. We all face temptation and we all experience failure and sin in our lives. Is temptation a sin? Can we resist temptation? Jesus Christ was tempted yet he did not sin and he has promised to help us when we are tempted. This is good news! We will also have a short all age focus on Tearfund which is one of our mission partners.

At 6.30pm we will gather for worship and complete our teaching series from Psalm 119 entitled ‘Not By Bread Alone’, from verses 169-176. It’s been a thrill to study our way through the 22 stanza’s of the longest of all the Psalms over three separate series in 2024, 25 and 26. It’s been an encouraging and blessed experience to remind ourselves of the riches, truth and reliability of God’s Word. We will also share communion together as part of our worship.

Please come and join with us.

We would love to welcome you to worship with us at DBC tomorrow.

At 10.30am we will be celebrating the baptism of one of our Church Family. We will also be continuing our series from Mark’s Gospel chapter one which is entitled ‘The Servant King’. Tomorrow’s sermon title will be ‘The Baptism of the Servant King’ from Mark 1:9-11.

At 6.30pm we will join together for ‘Centre Point’. This is a more informal and interactive evening of teaching, discussion and learning together in groups around tables with a cuppa! Centre Point takes place about eight Sunday evenings throughout the year and this will be the first of 2026. We will be focussing on the subject of ‘Making Peace - Resolving Conflict in our Lives’. A focus of great significance and importance when it comes to Christ and His Gospel Good News… and so relevant for the times in which we live.

Please come along and join with us tomorrow.
