We don’t have to ask Jesus to forgive our sins; He’s already done it. Paul didn’t tell the Philippian jailor to ask Jesus to forgive him; Paul told him to believe on what Jesus had already done and he would be saved (Acts 16:31). We confess the Lord Jesus, not our sins, to receive this gift of salvation (Rom. 10:9).

Does that mean everyone in the whole world is saved? Certainly not. We have to receive forgiveness by faith (Acts 26:18). The Lord has already forgiven everyone’s sins (1 John 2:2). That’s grace. " My times are in Your hands." (Psalm 31:15).
One thing I’ve learned is that God doesn’t always work on our timetable. In fact, He rarely does. But in a single moment, God can change your life! All throughout Scripture, we see examples of how God was working behind the scenes and turned things around for His people (Joseph, Mordecai, David…and so on). Scripture tells us He is the same yesterday, today and forever which means He can turn things around for you, too!
You may be going through some difficulty today, but be encouraged because your times are in God’s hands.
Prayer: Father God, I trust that my times are in Your hands. I trust that You are working things out in my favour for the glory of Your name.Thank You Lord for Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Romans 12:2
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
We are influenced by the people around us and the media. They teach us to put self first, take what we want, and love ourselves.
The scripture teaches us to deny ourselves and follow Jesus (Luke 9:23).
We need to renew our minds by replacing the lies of the world and worldly ideologies with Scripture, allowing the Holy Spirit to change our perspective and our behaviour.
We often ask ourselves, “How could the early disciples turn the world upside down?”
The answer is simple: They didn’t conform their faith to match the world. They had the truth, and they refused to water it down. They held a faith that they would not compromise.
Lord, thank You for loving me enough not to leave me as I am. Please forgive me for the times I have allowed the world to shape my thinking. Today, I surrender my mind to You. Renew my thoughts through Your Word so that I may walk in Your good, pleasing, and perfect will. Transform me from the inside out. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The model for prayer that Jesus gave to His people reveals the incredible truth that His disciples are privileged to call God Father (Matt. 6:9; Luke 11:2)
Even the most compassionate earthly fathers are far less than our God. All the compassions of all the tender fathers in the world compared with the tender mercies of our God, would be but as a candle to the sun, or a drop to the ocean. We must trust that our good Father in heaven will not withhold anything good from us but will bless us in all things.
No matter how minor our worries and needs may seem, they are never trifling matters for our Father. He is genuinely concerned about them and wants us to present them to Him. Therefore don’t be afraid to ask Him for what you want and need.
If we, who possess no inherent goodness, give only good things to our sons and daughters, how could we believe that One who is the supreme standard of goodness would do less?
