Today we spoke about the welcome everyone can receive in Lord Jesus and his Father. We are always welcome to see new faces at Dukinfield and are glad to welcome you with love and fellowship. Please feel free to contact any one of us and learn about the fellowship we offer.

We also learned a new hymn today, written by our very own minister, Br James Woolford.

Brother Nigel led today’s Youth Parade service. We celebrated the five senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch.

A “smelly” test was conducted with adults and children being asked to name various aromas as shown in our photo alongside the reading of the prayer.

If you are young, old or somewhere in between, we are happy to welcome you every Sunday at 11 am.

Proud to be supporting our local community and all those in need. The hamper project team do a fantastic job and we're all very grateful for the work that they all do.

Today we had our traditional Moravian LoveFeast led by Sister Gillian Taylor. This dates back to 1727 - but the key elements of sharing song, scripture, news and "feast" - now a cuppa and a biscuit were all there. It's wonderful to show our unity in an ever divided world.

We welcomed Sr Cathy Gledhill from our church in Lower Wyke near Bradford,Yorkshire.

The service centred around the Parables of Jesus - how stories reach out to our hearts and how they plants seeds to grow. What we do with these thoughts is up to us. A modern day analogy would be sitting down with Jesus for a coffee and listening.

Both words and actions make you part of God's love. Remember that Parables are as important today as when they were recorded. And don’t forget that we need to talk to Jesus daily 🙏

We had a wonderful joyful service this morning that was led by our amazing beavers and cubs. We heard all about caring for God's world, the global impact of scouting that helps people make friends around the world and we finished by watching a great re telling of brave St George Vs a greedy dragon.

Well done to everyone who took part and especially all the young people who took part and did some very clear readings as well.
