The community LARDER is open twice a week Downton Baptist Church Next open Wednesday morning 9am to 10am. No referral necessary. 10 items per household per week. https://www.downtonbaptist.org/Groups/384889/The_LARDER.aspx

Normal opening times;
Monday 6-7pm.
Wednesday 9-10am.

Donations of food can be brought to the church or put in the basket at the CO-OP. For more information on contributing to this work please contact the church office. Thank you to our community for supporting this work.

All of the proceeds we raise at Downton Cuckoo Fair go to support Purple Community Fund in the Philippines. A charity working with vulnerable families on the dumpsites.
We hope to see you at Downton Baptist Church in South Lane, for cake, drinks, SEATING, PCF products made from ring pulls and maybe a photo opportunity in a Jeepney!

Easter Sunday - 5th April
- 9 am Outside early morning Easter Celebration service and communion in the worship area in the church field. All welcome. Bring a chair if you are able, and a wrap up warm. Please come and hear the news of the Risen Lord.
A warm cup of tea and breakfasts await us inside afterwards if you would like.

10.30 am a family Easter celebration service. Come and hear the good news!

We are pleased to announce the creation of new part-time paid position at Downton Baptist Church .
We are looking to recruit a “Community Programme Coordinator” to join our wonderful team at DBC and support our existing community focused work, like the LARDER, WARDROBE, and GARDEN to name but a few!
