Join us in praying for Chris Philips, as this Sunday morning during our main service, he will be inducted in as an Elder at Journey Community Church Downpatrick.

We are honoured to be bringing Chris on to serve alongside the Eldership team as we have been blessed by his faithful service and leadership among our church community over these past number of years.

Take some time to pray for Chris and his wife Michaela, that the grace of God would sustain and encourage them as a family in their new season of ministry.

There’s a seat for YOU!

Our next Alpha course begins at Journey Downpatrick on Wednesday 23rd September at 6.30-7.45pm.

Alpha is a chance to meet new people and explore the Christian faith together. Alpha is for anyone who’s curious. No judgement, no pressure. Each session unpacks a big question of life, faith, and purpose, and is designed to facilitate great conversations.

The first night is an introduction evening where there will be:

🎥 A short video: “Is There More to Life Than This?”

🙌🏻 And a chance to hear what the rest of the course will look like

Cafe Church - Week of Global Prayer launch night

We are excited to be joining in with churches across Ireland and the nations for a week of global 24/7 prayer.

This Sunday evening our cafe church will be the launch night for the week and we are excited to have worship guests Lydia and Noah McBurney & Co.

We are super excited to announce a new programme beginning at the start of this upcoming school term… a weekly Journey Kids Club.

After the success of this summers Illumination Station Holiday Bible Club, our Journey Kids Team are hosting a similar 10-week programme (with a new theme!).
