FIRST HOLY COMMUNION AND CONFIRMATION 2026 /2027

Application forms for the next academic year’s respective programmes are available at the entrances to the church. If you have a child in year 3 or above (First Holy Communion) or in year 9 or above (Confirmation) then, provided that you and your children are in regular attendance at Mass you and they will be able to join the programmes. The deadline for returning application forms is mid-night pm on Sunday 11th October 2026.
Once this deadline has expired for both programmes, no child will be accepted onto either the First Holy Communion or Confirmation programme until the following year 2027/2028.

Children’s Liturgy and Youth Group are back!

All primary school children are warmly invited to join us for Children’s Liturgy next Sunday during the 10am Mass.

Our Youth Group (Years 6–11) also starts on Thursday 24th September!

We look forward to welcoming everyone back!

People from across our community of faith have warmly welcomed the appointment of Fr Stephen Wang as the new Bishop of Arundel & Brighton. Speaking about the appointment earlier this week, Fr Stephen, Bishop-elect, expressed “gratitude, trepidation, excitement and curiosity.”

His Holiness Pope Leo XIV has today appointed Fr Stephen Wang as the new Bishop of Arundel & Brighton Diocese. On hearing of his appointment, Bishop-elect Stephen, said:

“This appointment has come as a huge surprise. I feel a mixture of gratitude and trepidation; an excitement and curiosity about all that lies ahead; and above all, a sense of peace. I’m grateful to Pope Leo for calling me and putting his trust in me, and to Archbishop Moth for all his care for the Diocese over these years. I’m sad to be leaving the Venerable English College, and the Diocese of Westminster. But I am overjoyed at the thought of coming to Arundel & Brighton, getting to know the people, and working together to build God’s Kingdom.”

Experience Arundel's beautiful Carpet of Flowers in celebration of the Feast of Corpus Christi: 3-4 June.
View the carpet 9.30am-7pm (Wednesday) and 9.30am-5.30pm (Thursday). Mass, followed by a procession to Arundel Castle, will begin at 5.30pm (Thursday). All are welcome.
