Yesterday marked the joyous occasion of our first service held in our new church building.

A project sustained by prayer throughout.

It is lovely to be back in our community in Moores Road, Dorking.

In an one-hour talk, or heart-to-heart sharing, Alex Fischer, a Christian Science Practitioner and member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship, from Pau, France, will give an overview of Christian Science, its key concepts, a little of its history, some examples of healing, and some clarifications about typical misconceptions.

We are delighted to let you know that our church building will be undergoing a complete refurbishment over the coming months.

We have have therefore temporarily re-located to an alternative venue. We will be holding our Sunday Services and Wednesday Testimony Meetings in the school hall at St Michael's Church of England Infant School, Mickleham which is located on School Lane, Mickleham, RH5 6EW.

Take hold of your Divine Freedom, a free talk by Heike Arneth CSB

Heike Arneth, practitioner of Christian Science healing and international speaker, presents an in person talk entitled, “Take hold of your divine freedom”

“I will explore ideas that go beyond the common concepts of freedom, lifting the understanding of freedom out of limitations, showing the practical application to our lives today,” says Heike. “I will discuss the approach to spirituality and well-being that explains these ideas, Christian Science, and share examples of healing from my own life and the lives of others.”

The talk is free and open to the community, hosted by First Church of Christ, Scientist, Dorking on Sunday 23 October 2022 at 3pm in the Abraham Dixon Hall, Letherhead Institute.
