What a beautiful day we had yesterday!

13 of our parishes children took their First Holy Communion. Each and every one of them beamed with pride as did our whole congregation. It was a beautiful sight to see them all stood and kneel at the altar and wonderful to see all their families and friends coming together to celebrate with them.

We are very thankful and appreciative of Debbie, Tracey and Ann for guiding them on their journey ensuring they understood the meaning of Communion. They do a wonderful job in preparing our children every year 🙏

Also a big thank you to the parents and all the helpers who made the day run as smoothly as possible 🙏

Loving God,

We thank You for the gift of these children and for the blessing of this First Holy Communion day.

May the grace they receive today take root in their heart and help them to walk in faith, hope, and love.

Guide them, protect them, and fill their life with Your peace.

Good evening!

This coming Sunday our children will be having their First Holy Communion.

The service starts at 11am and there will be a short procession thru the roads immediately close to the church.

We wondered if anyone would like to show support to the children by coming to watch their procession after the service? Just come and watch by the roadside and see them into the Rosary Hall?

We want them to feel completely embraced by the love and support of our community and it would mean so much to them! 🙏
