Our Church Day Away is a great day for the whole church family to be fed from God's word and enjoy time together. It is a great opportunity to get to know people and deepen friendship.

This year our day away is on Saturday 5th September at Sturton Hall in the Nottinghamshire village of Sturton Le-Steeple (https://www.sturtonhall.org.uk)

In the morning we will have two sessions of Bible teaching and singing followed by lunch (please bring your own.) The afternoon will provide time to relax, chat, play games, go for a walk as well as a quiz for all the church family.

There is no charge for the Day Away but everyone needs to book a place.

The Bereavement Journey is a 7 week course starting on Monday 7th September (2-4pm.) The course is for anyone who has been bereaved. It does not matter whether you normally come to church or not. Each week through a series of videos and discussions the course helps those who have been bereaved at any time through the most common aspects of grief and bereavement, enabling them to process the implications for themselves and discern next steps.
